What’s in a name? When you are a growing brand, everything. There are more than 13 years of our brand history and it’s important to promote it in a positive, confident and consistent way. Our design and photographic teams are on hand to support your customer building promotion initiatives.

The HC Group’s commitment to its Salon Directors does not end with the expert training. We work closely with you throughout your term of your franchise agreement. Our success is completely linked with our Salon Directors, we assist them with opportunities so you can be confident that the expertise of the whole HC Group organisation is behind you.

Our Field Services support network will provide you with a Field Consultant – someone you can call on for advice and practical help with any aspect of the running of your business.

Our Field Consultants have all had experience of successfully running salons for the company. Working closely with you over the months and years, your Field Consultant is there to be a combination of knowledgeable business partner, sounding board for ideas and, on occasions, even a sympathetic ear.

On an ongoing basis there are communications sessions and meetings, to keep you briefed with current trends and future plans so that you can make informed decisions for your salon.

As a HC Group Salon Director, you’ll be working for yourself, but we can assure you that you won’t be on your own.
